Tata Motors followed closely with 61,134 units, marking 27% growth, supported by robust EV sales and steady ICE demand. Toyota emerged as one of the biggest gainers, with sales surging 43% year-on-year to 40,257 units, thanks to its popular hybrid offerings.
On the other hand, Hyundai Motor India was the only major OEM to witness a decline, with sales slipping 3% to 53,792 units, possibly due to tighter competition in the SUV segment. Kia maintained its momentum with a healthy 30% growth, selling 29,556 units in October.
